There is a reason, people splash around and look like there in distress, aka easy prey. Theres not a lot of big prey in rivers, especially in america.

Aren't the salmon up really far north or something? Like in the middle states? Cause I think bulls only stay near the coast since they can't survive in freshwater for ever.
